Shipping policy

1.Order processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including the tracking number.

2.Standart delivery times:

   EU: 7-16 business days.

3. Tracking your order:

All shipped orders come with a tracking number.

You can track your package via the courier's website.

Note: Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed: the delivery date is based on the courier's official tracking status.

4.Shipping costs:

Orders over €30 qualify for free standart shipping.

Orders under €30: Standart shipping at a price of €3.99.

5.Lost or delayed packages:

While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally packages may be delayed or lost due to customs or carrier issues.

If your tracking shows delivered, but you haven't received your package, contact us at minimods.contact@gmail.com immediately. We'll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

6.Notes:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or natural events.

All orders are carefully packaged by our suppliers, but please report any damaged items 30 days of delivery.
